Madeira Island, Jan 2023 This is definitely my favorite "secret" spot of Madeira, and I go to this specific location very often. Nowadays the tourism increased a lot among this peaks, but arriving in the middle of the night, where only my breath interrupts the absolute silence, and watch this giants waking up as the sun raises..it's just wonderful.

Undead

Madeira Island, 2022 I visit this dead tree for many years now. I usually go to this locations at least once every time I go to Madeira and it's quite special for me. 99% of the times I do not even got my camera out of bag since the perfect conditions are not common at this valley, but sitting there watching the sun coming out and bathing the face with that warmth, it is just priceless! For this particular day, it was just magical!

Mar 2021 | Praia da Ribeira da Janela, Ilha da Madeira There have been countless times I have visited this beach and in all of them I am surprised by the grandellancy of this pinnacle. The perspective recorded by the wide angle lens does not make match the impactful dimension of this. I always arrive at night, and turning the corner to enter the beach, the silhouette of this imposing monster always causes me a chill in the spine, along with the sound of the violent waves that drag dozens of huge rounded stones along the coast.

Little Heaven

Madeira Island, Portugal I started shooting on the island of Madeira about 5 years ago, I already know very well most of the places, but what gives me more pleasure is to walk in communion with nature in places I've never visited. This was one of them..after 2 hour walking the path ended in this small but precious waterfall. Without a tripod, I was able to build a pyramid of stones for the long exposure of the water. I wet myself, skinned myself, but it was worth it! Looking forward to come back soon to this little heaven.
