Wondering around Bao Vinh neighborhood, i found this group of lovely old ladies playing cards in a small inddor duck.

I came across this lovely old lady in a fishing village on the outskirts of Hoi An. Although i has not been able to communicate fluently with her, her family members said she is over 100 years old. Incredible as with some effort, it still manages to make its day to day "normally". Maybe we'll have to start looking for the elixir of youth in these remote places, which seem to keep well-kept secrets.

During the Hoi Han Lamp festival, for 2 hours they turn off the city lights, leaving only thousands of points of light of the floating candles in the river, and small lit faces of the candle vendors. This is a saleswoman who among dozens try to make money from selling candles to tourists.

Once upon a time...

Today and Tomorrow

During the rice planting season, the barren brown fields changed little by little their color, covering themselves with a living green mantle thanks to the farmers effort. Today's effort guarantees tomorrow's benefit. It is incredible the happiness embedded in the face of this humble and gentle people, despite the long hours of hard work. I loved the interaction of several days that I spent in the region. Protect today what you care for future!
